Salisbury is a high-end UK neurophysiotherapy clinic serving high-net-worth individuals and global leaders who expect bespoke, confidential care anywhere in the world. Their outdated website failed to reflect the level of premium, concierge-style service they actually provide.
Salisbury's audience expects the polish of private banking and luxury hospitality. The site needed to communicate top-tier medical expertise and absolute discretion, earning trust from the very first scroll without feeling sterile or over-designed.
I led the creative direction and UX/UI redesign, collaborating closely with a developer to bring the design to life. Drawing from private wealth branding rather than typical medical templates, we used a muted gold palette, elegant typography, and restrained layouts that let the content breathe. This case study serves primarily as a visual showcase of that concierge-style approach—where every transition, grid, and color choice was calibrated to feel calm, confident, and precise.
